Confidant Connect Live 2024
Hyatt’s Inclusive Collection hosted over 100 travel advisors, and travel industry VIPs for Confidant Connect Live ’24, which took place at Secrets® Tulum Resort & Beach Club December 6 through 9, 2024. This marked the 5th year of this signature event, which recognizes our top travel advisors in North America.
Appropriately, the theme of this year’s event was “Our Celebration of YOU,” recognizing everything that our travel advisors do for us, and how we strive to provide unparalleled support in our turn.
From the welcome cocktail through to the General Assembly and through a plethora of activities, the travel advisors were able to meet and spend time with senior Hyatt leadership and the exceptional Inclusive Collection sales team and make new friends and contacts amongst their peers.
At the General Assembly, Trudy Lagerman of Liberty Travel and Michael Schellhase of Travel Haus were recognized as the two advisors who have attended Confidant Connect Live for the past five years.
Awards
The event culminated at the Icons Gala Dinner, where Inclusive Collection recognized five exceptional individuals for their commitment to their communities and to charitable works outside of their busy work lives.

How do you get invited?
The top 100 North American Travel Advisors will be invited based on their room night production for 2025 bookings. 2025 qualifying dates are coming soon! Invitations and detailed information will be sent to qualifying advisors in September 2025.
